Natalie Wilkins


Natalie Wilkins, is a certified coach and trainer, with over 15 years experience working in complex organisations. Her mission is to develop individuals and teams who want to make a positive difference in the world through their work. Natalie works with executive and mid-level managers, entrepreneurs as well as teams to increase trust and alignment, enhance performance, improve communications, and increase engagement. Natalie also partners with individuals in career transition who are looking to define their career direction and achieve their ambitions and goals.

Prior to founding her own business, VIVA Coaching & Consulting, Natalie worked as an international senior HR leader for a range of sectors and industries, focusing on Talent Management. She later trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Centre for Right Relationship (CRR Global).

Natalie’s coaching style is truth telling, empathetic, challenging and fun. She has lived across Europe and the Middle East and understands first hand the challenges of living and working as an expat, and as a mum of a very active 2 year old, the ongoing journey of balancing the multiple roles we play in our lives without losing sight of our own needs and dreams.

Natalie trains and coaches career-related subjects at leading business schools and has co-founded the online career coaching platform She is one of the co-founders of the Geneva Coach Alliance whose mission it is to promote Co-Active Coaching excellence in the Geneva region.
