Andrew is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with broad experience coaching private clients and business leaders working in international corporations. Andrew is Partner of a Luxembourg-based company specialising in executive coaching, organisational leadership behaviour and change management, particularly in the areas of personal impact, emotional intelligence, effective communication and strategy.
Andrew received his coach training with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), one of the few coach training schools to be accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Andrew is current President of the ICF Luxembourg Chapter, through whom he holds the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential. He is also a member of the CTI faculty, delivering coach training programs globally in both English and French, as well as holding Certification, Supervisory and Examiner roles for students undergoing professional accreditation. Andrew is also an accredited executive coach for the European Union.
Andrew’s expertise in leadership coaching has been strengthened by his own focus on professional development. In 2007, his commitment to his profession saw him choose to leave the corporate world and undertake in-depth study and research in the fields of social science, psychology and management theory at the Australian College of Applied Psychology in Brisbane. He further strengthened his skills within the coaching arena by pursuing professional accreditation at the highest industry standards, and has gone on to become a certified Process Communication Coach, using the tools of transactional analysis to help deepen client awareness of their impact and behaviour.
Line Management Experience
Andrew’s early career was in international banking where he spent 10 years working as a sales and relationship manager in the securities divisions of Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank. Managing a portfolio of institutional clients including ABN Amro Bank, Bank of England, Royal Trust Corporation of Canada, Dexia Bank, KBC and Barclays among others, Andrew went on to become Vice President of Sales for the Benelux countries.
Andrew’s career has spanned 15 years in a range of disciplines including banking, education and coaching / leadership-development. British by birth, Andrew has lived and worked in Luxembourg, the UK, Germany and Australia. His upbringing in central Europe has shaped his strong interest in cultural diversity, and he is fluent in French, with a strong understanding of German. Andrew is currently based in Luxembourg.
